Refund policy

Items are eligible for refund if they are returned within 30 days of receiving the order.

The item needs to be unused and sent back in its original packaging (this helps reduce waste!).

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 2 working days after the transaction has been finalised.

Requests for refunds for items will only be approved if more than 10 working days have passed (Domestic shipping) or 30 working days (International Shipping) since the dispatch date.
