Shipping & Returns Policies


Shipping

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail in packaging that is 100% Recycled & Recyclable.

For UK orders:

  • Second Class shipping is £2.99 with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 working days once fulfilled
  • First Class £3.99 with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days once fulfilled

For International orders you will be able to see the respective cost and shipping times at checkout. Please note the price does not include any customs or duties and shipping can take up to 6 weeks depending where you are in the world. This is because we go for lower cost (for you) and we want to lower our impact on the environment.

    Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us and a subsequent delivery email once your order has been dispatched.

    If an item is delayed please note we will do what we can to try and find out the estimated delivery date but it is very much out of our control so we can only apologise for this.

    If an item is delivered but you have not received it please note it is no longer our responsibility to track it, you need to contact Royal Mail to find out where it was delivered. Please check with your neighbours or for any calling cards with further information on it.

    Returns

    We cover the shipping for returns as long as they are within 30 days of receiving your order, and the item is returned unused and in its original condition in the original packaging. Please contact us at support@hclothing.co.uk to process this.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges
    We do accept exchanges however we do not cover the shipping in this instance so you will need to send it back to us through your own carrier. Please remember to email us to let us know it is an exchange and so we can give you the address. Once we have received the item we will then send a payment link for the shipping and send out the exchange.

    Refunds
    We will refund any orders that are returned (and approved) or cancelled which will be processed within 2 working days after the transaction has been finalised. For more information please see our Refund Policy.

    We do not give refunds for deliveries that are delayed however if items do not arrive within a certain timeframe we will look to send out new items free of charge or you can request a refund which is outlined in our Refund Policy.
