The Mental Resilience Warriors are a tribe of like-minded men and women looking to master themselves. They are aware that to do so they have to understand what is going on on the inside. That to get to where they want is a journey.
The object of life’s journey is not to arrive at the grave safely, in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out shouting holy shit, what a ride.
What started as just a clothing brand now takes on a whole new side as I venture into the wellness space and focus on building a community of warriors with whom I can share my own personal journey of things I do to look after myself whilst having fun, and also allow them to forge their own paths, standing side by side as we step forward.
