Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Europe and the USA however we are willing to make special deliveries to other countries depending where you are so please email us to check. Charges will added at checkout depending on where you are in the world. If you are in a country that is not within those zones, please email us and we will see if we can accommodate.

How do I cancel my order?

Please see the Returns Policy for more information but we can only accept a cancellation before the order has been dispatched otherwise you will need to go through the Returns process.

How do I exchange an item?

How do I know what size to get?

In order to help find the best fit, the following information is available on every product page:

  • All products have details of the model's height and product size they are wearing
  • Size charts are on the items product page and will display measurements (measurements can be viewed in inches and cm)
  • Email us but if you want a quicker response use the chat box

How long does delivery take?

For UK deliveries we aim to get your product to you in 1-2 working days for 1st Class and 3-4 working days for 2nd Class. For international deliveries, you will see the charges and shipping times relevant to your country.

How long does it take for refunds to process?

Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to be processed.

How much do you give to charity?

We donate 10% of the profits from every sale to the Ted Senior Foundation, our chosen mental health charity supporting young people, via WorkforGood. You can have a look at our profile for updates here: https://workforgood.co.uk/businesses/h-clothing-1/

How much is shipping?

Shipping is £2.99 for 2nd Class UK orders, £3.99 for 1st Class. Please see our shipping policy for more information and for our International prices.

How sustainable are you?

We will always strive to be more sustainable but for now this is our commitment to being as environmentally-conscious as possible:

  • Our clothes are made in an ethical manner with sustainable means (100% organic cotton, vegan dyes, recycled materials) as you can read about on the About Us page
  • Our packaging in which we send our clothes is from a sustainable, certified source in Poland and you can see the certifications on our website and on the boxes when you order a product
  • Everything else is also chosen only if it's from a sustainable company from our labels on the clothes (recycled polyester) to our thank you cards (recycled paper) included in the packaging, all within the UK
  • We have a profile on Ecologi, a platform aiming to help make the world climate positive, which we use as an indicator to understand our carbon footprint and offset it by planting a tree with every sale we make. You can see our profile here: https://ecologi.com/hclothing

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

We hope this never happens but if it does e-mail us at support@hclothing.co.uk as soon as possible with detailed images of the product(s) in question so we can sort it. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can use American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal!

What if I need to modify/adjust my order (e.g. incorrect size purchased, incorrect address)?

Please double check information before submitting your order. But if so, please email us immediately at support@hclothing.co.uk. If it has already been dispatched, you will have to go through the Returns process.

What if the item I want is sold out?

At h clothing we believe in only producing what we need to avoid waste and overproduction. That unfortunately means that sometimes we have items that are sold out. This is by far the best way of working to lower our carbon footprint. We may look to restock certain items but please email us to check.

Where can I see the care instructions?

You will receive care info in a card in the box and all products have a care label attached on the side of the clothes. In general, we advise washing your clothes inside out at 30º (40º if there are tough stains) with similar colours and please do not tumble dry them as this will damage the designs.

Where do I enter my gift card/promo code?

After confirming your cart and advancing to checkout, click the 'show order summary' drop down and you can add the discount code provided in the promo code box.

Where's my order?

Depending on which shipping option you chose, your order may arrive slightly after the estimated shipping time. Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you in the timeframe promised. Otherwise please reach out to us so we can help you.
